Refund and Return Policy
- All digital courses are non-tangible irrevocable goods and all sales are final.
- Because digital course materials are delivered instantly and are non-returnable, all course purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, in the case of Duplicate payments request a resolution by emailing: contact@rayyansaim.com
- Sessions may be rescheduled once if requested at least 12 hours before the session. No refund for cancellations, no-shows, or late attendance. If we need to reschedule, we will mutually arrange a new time.

For project-based services. 50% upfront advance is non-refundable (for research and development). Remaining milestone payments are due as work progresses. If the client does not cooperate or delays communication, the project may be paused, but payments remain non-refundable.

International Clients Currency conversion and transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the client. Processing times may vary by country and payment provider.
